Conolink(“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based marketing agency providing Meta and Instagram advertising and lead-generation services to exterior cleaning companies. 2. What data we collect
We collect personal data when you:
- Book a strategy call through our booking widget — typically your name, email address, phone number, and business name
- Email us directly or message us through any contact details on this site
- Visit this website — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site beyond what our booking widget provider sets (see Section 5). If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, you'll be asked for consent first.
3. How we use your data
- To contact you about the strategy call you booked and any follow-up discussion about our services
- To respond to enquiries you send us directly
- To maintain the security and performance of this website
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for any purpose unrelated to the above.
4. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interests — following up on an enquiry or strategy call booking you initiated, and website security logging
- Contract performance — where we enter into a service agreement with you, processing is necessary to fulfil that contract
5. Third-party services
Our booking widget is powered by GoHighLevel (GHL), a US-based CRM and marketing automation platform. When you book a call, your contact details are stored in GHL's systems. 6. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry and booking data for up to 2 years from last contact, or for the duration of any active client relationship plus 6 years (to satisfy standard commercial record-keeping requirements). We will delete your data sooner if you ask us to and we have no legal obligation to retain it.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Request restriction of processing
- Data portability (where processing is automated)
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@conolink.com. We will respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
